Big Pan Paella, Festival & Event Catering

We started in 2012. Inspired by a combination of love for Spanish food and the London Street Food scene and in particular, Borough Market.

Originally offering Spanish style Tapas plates at local Street Food Markets. One freezing cold day at a local Market we prepared a small Paella on a very small gas burner. It was such a hit and sold out in minutes. So we decided to buy a huge Paella Pan from a local supplier. Now we dozens of Pans ranging from 30cm to 120cm. 

The rest is history.
