Our Paellas

When we first started, we really wanted to offer very traditional Paellas. Some of you may know that means Rabbit. A true Valancian Paella is usually prepared with Rabbit and Chicken but we knew that wouldn’t appeal to everyone. 

The great news is, there are no rules or traditions with Street Food. Just innovative recipes created with love, passion and enthusiasm for what we do.
